Purpose of the Service

Time.ms provides exact atomic time with millisecond synchronization, along with complementary network and location context. The Service is offered “as-is” for informational purposes.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse or overload the Service with automated requests or attempts to bypass security controls.

Do not use the Service for unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent activities.

Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.

Accuracy and Availability

We strive to deliver highly accurate time data, but actual precision depends on your network conditions and device. The Service may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, or inaccuracies due to factors outside our control. We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability or accuracy.

Third-Party Services

The Service leverages Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and optional Google Maps embeds. Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability or data handling practices.

Device Permissions

Granting device geolocation permission is optional. Time.ms does not receive or store precise coordinates. If you choose to load the live map, those coordinates are passed to Google Maps to render the optional embed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time.ms, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational needs. When updates are published, the “Effective date” above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
